BACKGROUND

Heidi Wilson spent nearly three decades teaching hands-on craniosacral work in Tucson. Six levels of training, CEU-approved workshops, and her signature 3-day intensives that drew committed students but left little room for ongoing retention between visits. We partnered on a phased, multi-month shift to a blended model: keep the in-person wisdom, add a calm digital backbone.

There were a few points of limitations that kept Heidi from expanding into newer territory:

  • Her classroom capacity is 18 people max
  • Learning can only occur in those 3 days
  • Limited understanding of her certification offering
  • Primarily word of mouth since her digital presence wasn’t very strong

Takeaways

Fluid Healing has evolved into a craniosacral education platform that blends in-person wisdom with a calm digital backbone. A strategic redesign, retention systems, and a library of short technique videos students can revisit after workshops now support deeper learning, clearer boundaries, and a more sustainable path. Value-based pricing and intentional upsell paths align the offer with its depth—lifting perceived value by ~40%. With this foundation, Teacher Training moves from aspiration to operational reality.

JOURNEY

Shifting from a fully in-person teaching model to a digital platform can be overwhelming, especially when every piece of it feels unnatural to the body. For Heidi, navigating the technical, emotional, and energetic stretch of building a digital system was no small feat.

We approached this evolution with care and foresight, starting with strategic planning and wireframes that mapped every student interaction. From there, we built a communication flow using automated email sequences and course triggers, designed to ease both her and her students into the online experience. The result is a platform that holds structure without overwhelm, guiding students gently and clearly through each stage of their learning journey.
