The Brand Baseline · Self-guided · $497

Have you ever asked
for advice?

And got more tools instead.

You asked for advice and got someone else’s playbook, plus the software that came with it. Now eight systems do overlapping work, and you’re still the only one holding the thread.

One guided diagnostic that finds the throughline under everything you do, so you have a baseline to build from instead of the next fad. About an hour, and it’s yours to keep.

$497, self-guided, and yours to keep.

The real problem

Your throughline is in there. It’s just scattered across a jungle of tech.

Every tool arrived as a solution. Someone recommended it, it fixed one thing, and it brought its own side effects: another login, another place your client list lives, another fad you inherited. Nobody planned this. It came in one well-meaning suggestion at a time, and now you’re the integration layer holding it together.

The advice did the same thing from the other direction. Do one business at a time. Pick a lane. Drop the thing that doesn’t fit the deck. Every formula asked you to be less of yourself, and every tool asked you to manage more. That’s the squeeze, and it’s why none of it ever stuck.

Here’s how the fragmentation starts in every evolving business. It’s a pattern, not a discipline problem.

people use business buzzwords they can’t define

MyPerfectCV study

That last number is the one to sit with. A third of the confident-sounding advice comes from people who can’t define their own words. You didn’t lose focus. You got ping-ponged by certainty that wasn’t expertise.

And the advice was wrong on the facts. Stanford’s Edward Lazear found that the MBA alumni who went on to found companies had more varied backgrounds than the ones who took jobs. Breadth predicted founding.

So what’s missing was never focus. It’s thread: one belief running through everything you do, so each facet stops being a new thing to explain and starts proving the same thing.

Why this exists

Putting myself to the test.

Opening the brick-and-mortar side of the wellness center was daunting. I hadn’t planned to open a studio. I was primarily virtual, and comfortable there, though my tech lens was so strong that reaching the people I actually wanted to serve was hard.

The advice came fast. Nobody coming to you for a website wants to do nervous system work. You sound confused and scattered when you talk about two businesses, like you’re not focused. Just do one and let the other solidify later.

So I tried. And every time I prioritized one over the other, I burned out, because they were my balance. My yin and yang. Whenever I picked one, something would happen on the other side that didn’t benefit me.

So I started asking, of myself and of everyone else: what would it take to hold both? Were there opportunities nobody was naming? What was the hindsight?

The hindsight was me. Not a compromise between two businesses. The thread that made both of them make sense. This is the process I built to find that, and I ran it on myself long before I sold it to anyone.

The part you were taught to hide

Everybody wants to see behind the curtain.

Corporate teaches you to keep yourself private. Be professional, which usually means be interchangeable. Don’t quit your day job unless you’re exceptionally talented with a running start. Those rules were written for employees, and most of us carry them straight into the business we left to build.

So we hide the founder. We put up a service menu and stand behind it.

But when you’re multifaceted, the keys are with you. Not in the offer list, not in the tooling. In how you actually show up.

It’s why behind-the-scenes is the thing people stop for. They want to know who’s back there running it, and not because they’re nosy. It’s the part that makes them feel like they could do it too. The curtain isn’t protecting you. It’s hiding the reason someone would choose you.

This finds what’s behind yours, and tells you which parts belong out front.

What this actually is

Not a course.
An engine that reflects you back.

You don’t need more information. You need a structured way to see your business from the outside. The Brand Baseline is prompts, not lectures. Every section ends in a decision, not a lesson. This is how Sachi actually works with clients. Now you run the same process yourself.

What you walk away with

Your Brand Baseline report.

Not a pep talk. A personalized read of where you stand, with the sentences, the positioning, and the build order written for you.

01

Your throughline

The one belief sitting under every facet of your work, written as a sentence you can actually say. Plus the rule you inherited that’s been running you.

02

Your messaging, written

Not advice about copy. A headline and subhead you can paste, your dinner-party answer rewritten, and a plain replacement for every phrase that loses people.

03

How your facets fit

Which parts of you change what a buyer gets, which are just texture, and whether your paths stay separate or converge.

04

Your niche & audience

Who’s really buying, and the narrowest true version of who you serve.

05

Positioning, explained

What you’re actually chosen over, including doing nothing. When you’re the obvious choice, and when you’re the wrong one.

06

Your process, mapped

Stage by stage, where people quietly fall off, and the specific steps missing between them.

07

Priority build order

What to build first, second, third. Don’t start step two until step one is done.

08

Your next move

One concrete thing to do in the next 48 hours. No overwhelm.

How it works

Four steps. No fluff.

The engine reads your answers and digs where they’re thin, the way Sachi would live. Specific and imperfect beats polished and vague.

4

Your audit appears on screen the moment you finish: where you stand and your sequenced next steps. Download it or print it. Yours to keep and act on.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • You do more than one thing, and explaining it takes too long.
  • You run two businesses, or one business with several sides to it.
  • You have real traction but a messy backend.
  • You’ve been told to niche down and it felt like being asked to amputate.
  • You want a strategy that includes who you are, not one that edits you down.
  • You’ve got too many tools and nothing talks to each other.
  • You’re ready to do the thinking yourself, with a structure to hold it.

Not for you if

  • You’re brand new with no offer or clients yet.
  • You want someone to do all of it for you. (That’s a build. We’ll talk.)
  • You’re looking for a magic button instead of clarity.

How long does it take?

About an hour of honest thinking, though it’s not a race. It autosaves, so you can do it in pieces. You have two weeks from when you open it.
