Services → Ongoing Care

Execution without the constant monitoring.

Your system is built. It works. It just needs someone tending it — managing integrations, monitoring performance, catching the small things before they become big things.

When systems run on their own — until they don't

Built systems still need a steward.

Integrations drift. Automations quietly stop firing. Platforms push updates that change behavior. Most founders find out the hard way — by losing leads, missing reports, or watching a campaign fail mid-flight.

Ongoing Care is the antidote to "set it and forget it" — without the cost of a full-time hire. We hold your system the way you'd hold a living thing: noticing what's changing, responding before it breaks, keeping the whole calm.

How Ongoing Care works

Predictable, transparent, and shaped to you.

Phase 01

Scope conversation

We map what you have, what needs tending, and how much hands-on involvement you want.

Phase 02

Custom retainer

You get a clear, written scope and predictable monthly investment — no surprise fees.

Phase 03

Calm execution

We run the work, send regular reports, flag what matters, and tend what doesn't need your attention.

Sachi has been a guiding light in our web development process… She continues to implement efficient and effective tools and solutions. We are so grateful to have found her and look forward to what we accomplish together in the future.

Common questions

Do you only support systems you built?

Not exclusively. If your system was built elsewhere, we'll start with a short discovery to make sure we can responsibly take it on. If it's a fit, we'll scope from there.

How is this different from hiring a VA or OBM?

VAs and OBMs are excellent at tasks and processes. Ongoing Care is for the technical layer underneath: integrations, automations, data flow. We often work alongside a VA or OBM — not instead of one.

What's the minimum commitment?

We scope month-to-month, with a typical first engagement of 3 months so we can establish rhythms. After that, you decide what cadence fits.

What if my system isn't built yet?

Start with Implementations — and if you'd like Ongoing Care to begin at handoff, we'll build that into the scope.

Stop running ops with your last 10% of capacity.

Hand the wheel to someone who's done this for 17 years — and still cares how it lands.
